Job Description
Position: Sr. Product Manager (Software)
Department: Product Management
About Registria:
Registria is the market leader in providing ownership experience solutions to companies that want to know who buys and owns their products. We work with over 150 well-known consumer durable and consumer electronics brands (such as Whirlpool, Sony, Fujifilm, Philips, BSH, etc.). From registration and on-boarding through the subsequent moments a brand may interact with its customers, Registria helps brands define and manage their buyers’ product ownership experiences. We have a global available market, work with a wide range of brands, and reach tens of millions of consumers each year. Our clients are expanding their use of our services; our products have won multiple innovation awards; and we are working on exciting areas such as AI, intelligent rules engines, audience development and deep analytics to bring greater value to our clients and in turn, their customers.
Why This Role/About the role?
At Registria, you won’t just manage roadmaps, you’ll own products end-to-end. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll roll up your sleeves, dive into customer problems, and drive solutions that directly impact over 150 of the world’s leading consumer brands and tens of millions of consumers each year.
We are a lean, agile, fast-moving team, which means fewer layers, faster decisions, and greater ownership. If you thrive in hands-on roles where you can shape product strategy while staying deeply involved in execution, this is the place for you. You’ll define big-picture visions but also work through the details to make them a reality, collaborating with customers, engineering, design, and business teams every step of the way.
We’re looking for a builder, not just a strategist, who understands the B2B2C landscape, can work backward from customer needs, has a strong sense of what makes a great product, and is driven to achieving results.
What You’ll Do (In this role, you’ll)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to align platform capabilities with business needs, while translating key B2B and B2B2C partner insights into scalable SaaS solutions.
- Lead zero-to-one product development, taking ideas from concept to launch, with a focus on rapid execution and iterative improvement incorporating user and stakeholder feedback throughout the development process.
- Determine product roadmap – now, next, later. Own and drive product strategy, vision, and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Make prioritization calls in dynamic situations while maintaining high standards.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Support to ensure that every shippable feature is directly tied to business goals and measurable outcomes, balancing desired capabilities, technical feasibility, quality, and speed.
- Develop and document clear product specifications to enable seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify gaps and drive platform extensibility, building APIs and scalable solutions that reduce engineering dependencies and speed up GTM time.
- Move fast in our lean, agile environment, where rapid decision-making allows you to achieve impact quickly.
What We’re Looking For/About You
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, shipping complex, technical products.
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2B2C business models, customer expectations, and how to drive adoption and scale SaaS products in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience defining and executing a product vision from scratch (0 to 1), working backwards from customer and stakeholder needs.
- Deep collaboration with engineering teams on technical decisions, experience working on API-driven products is a plus.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, thriving in a small team where ownership is key.
- Strong analytical and research skills, able to use data and insights to drive decisions.
- Have experience in capacity and dependency planning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, making product ideas compelling to both internal teams and customers.
- Communicate proactively with optimism and credibility; be open to input while not saying yes to everything.
- A bias for action - you’re comfortable making decisions and driving forward without waiting for perfect information.
Location, Compensation and Benefits:
- Comp Target of $140,000/yr (+/- based on expected contribution)
- Equity and bonus eligible position
- Benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance; 401(k), unlimited PTO
- Remote position. Preference towards CO or CA but not required.
- We are not offering to sponsor a Visa for this role.
