Registria's new user interface is powerful, simple, and highly graphical, allowing us to create customized user-facing forms and see at a glance who has registered our products.

As a rapidly growing company, we have a number of needs that have changed over time. Registria is an ideal solution as it is easily customizable and flexible for our changing business goals. For example, we had two versions of one of our products, and were able to provide graphical images on our Registria site to allow users to pick the product they had purchased.

Registria works with our existing e-mail software, MailChimp, and we are eagerly awaiting connectivity to Salesforce. As we move over to serializing all our products, Registria will allow us to track individual sales.

Given our corporate goals, we envision using Registria for marketing intelligence and warranty entitlement. For example, we would verify proof of purchase before providing warranty service.

For our business, customer and product registration is important and traceability of the customer's product configuration and their serial number is key, as part of our ISO9000 requirements.

For example, there was an issue with a few of our products when we changed manufacturers. Unfortunately, we were not able to trace serial numbers to identify which products came from which manufacturer.

Registria helps me figure out which customer has our product, and how each is configured. We use it because it helps us with support and traceability, enables us to notify customers, and allows us to gather customer details. Further, ISO9000 requires ongoing surveys which we are able to conduct thanks to the information Registria gathers.

Previously, we sold the system and didn't do much afterwards. We realized that we're leaving significant amounts of money on the table, as support is a money maker. With Registria, our sales team automatically finds much more money as it enables us to efficiently sell service contracts, get customers to renew and provide them information on upgrades and options. And it's easier to install Registria than a desktop computer application. In a matter of minutes, we were inputting our product configuration data.
