Mike Anderson

Mr. Anderson currently serves as VP, Support and Services at Fortinet, a worldwide provider of network security appliances and the market leader in unified threat management (UTM). Prior to Fortinet, Mr. Anderson was Director of Global Services for Nokia's Security Appliance Business which was acquired in 2009 by Check Point Software Technologies.

He has over 25 years experience in leadership and service management roles at technology companies including as VP of Services at SonicWALL, as Director of Global Services Sales and Marketing at Silicon Graphics, and holding a number of service management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.

John Estrada

John Estrada

Mr. Estrada currently serves as one of the founding partners at Dering and Estrada. Prior to forming D&E, Mr. Estrada was one of the founders of ServiceBench. He was the CEO or COO during his nine years at ServiceBench and led its growth to over 100 people before it was sold in 2008. Mr. Estrada has over 25 years of experience in corporate management of leading software application and development firms as well as a deep understanding of the service industry. Mr. Estrada has extensive experience in complex software design, including development, implementation, and support of both Internet and e-commerce systems. Mr. Estrada has strong relationships with executives across the largest manufacturers of durable consumer products as well as strategic partners in the extended warranty business.

Prior to ServiceBench, Mr. Estrada was CEO and founder of Sideout Technologies, Inc. which successfully developed customized Internet based software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Sideout Technologies, Mr. Estrada led software development for DSR, a government contract firm and was instrumental in spurring rapid growth of the company from 3 to 150 people.

In addition to the board of Registria, Mr. Estrada is on the board of Three Pillar Global, Natural Insight, TutorFind and the American Tutoring Association.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Virginia Tech.

Steven Perricone

Mr. Perricone has over 25 years executive experience building organizations and worldwide sales channels for new technologies in emerging markets. He is a serial entrepreneur having been involved in 4 consecutive start-up companies. Most recently he spent 4 years as founder and CEO of a cleantech company, BioFuelBox. BioFuelBox was recognized by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland as one of 25 Technology Pioneers for 2010 which are the companies that they feel have the best chance of making a positive impact on the world.

Prior to BioFuelBox, Mr. Perricone was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for SonicWALL where he was directly responsible for building a worldwide channel for the company's security solutions since the product line's inception in 1998 - when the company had less than 20 employees - and he was instrumental in the company's growth to over 450 employees. That successful channel and sales organization contributed to near immediate company profitability and aggregate revenues of over $200 million in the first three years and a successful IPO with a $3.5B market cap at its peak. Prior to SonicWALL he was a senior executive in two other technology start-ups, Network TeleSystems (acquired by Siemens) and Structured Internetworks.

Mr. Perricone was the 2009 Distinguished Alumni of the Year for the School of Business at California State University, Chico and is a member of Chico State's College of Business Advisory Board.

Bob Williams

Bob Williams

Mr. Williams is the founder of Saratoga Technology Ventures. He is a veteran of five startups over a 20 year period and particularly enjoys the role of pathfinder in marketing, product, and business development. His track record as an entrepreneur includes 3 IPOs and 1 acquisition. Among the more notable companies Bob helped to build were Ingres, Verity, and NetManage all three of which had successful IPOs.

Prior to founding Saratoga Technology Ventures, Mr. Williams spent 10 years with Bay Partners where he made over 20 venture investments and raised three funds. His successful deals include Weblogic (NASDAQ: BEAS), SonicWall (NASDAQ: SNWL), PlaceWare (NASDAQ: MSFT), Nanogram Devices (NYSE: GB), and NetScaler (NASDAQ: CTXS). His active private companies include Tealeaf Technology, ZenPrise, NeoPhotonics, and Code Green Networks.

Mr. Williams holds an undergraduate degree with Honors from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
